Black Knight Series Update #7

WHO WILL BE THE LUX BK SERIES CHAMPION 2015?

The Black Knight Series prize giving shall take place after the final series event, Sandweiler End of Season Open 2015, on Sat 13 June 15. Those to be “Black Knighted” will include the Series Champion, 2nd to 5th placed competitors in the standings and the highest place lady as well as the most dedicated players throughout the series. The current Series Standings can be viewed via the link below.

The competition for all positions in the Black Knight Series is wide open. The current leader Filip Madaric of Squash Club Sandweiler holds a 29 point lead over Jérémy Kocan, a gap which will prove difficult to close. However, Nathan Sneyd and Christopher Votion, both with a game in hand, are sitting in positions where, subject to a strong performance, they could viably challenge to become Black Knight Series Champion. The award for Highest Placed Lady also remains open with close favourites Iulia Burcur and Daniela Arcone in contention for the series prize.

The FSL and Black Knight congratulate all those who took part in Black Knight Series #6, the Open de Squash Mont-Saint-Martin. The new ‘parquet’ was welcomed by all players, in particular the draw winners Iulia Bucur, Miguel Duarte, Kyllian Hebbelinck and Christopher Votion, and has proved a ‘magnifique’ improvement for the Club.
Black Knight, in full support of the “Conqueror Project”and in parnership with Ashaway Performance Strings, has joined the fight to conquer breast cancer. We are delighted to launch the Conqueror squash racket which will be available at Black Knight Series #7. $10 will be donated directly from every Black Knight Conqueror sale.
